Somerset frequncies

Postby rjs2301 » Tue Feb 14, 2017 4:43 pm

I have Bristol and Cardiff Airports but cant seem to pick up a frequency for inbound to Bristol from Spain etc before handover to Bristol. They are crossing the channel around Torquay area and then over Exmoor. Any help would be appreciated.

126.075 is Berry Head sector (upper), so may be too high, though you may catch a handover to a lower level.

128.8166 ("128.815") may help.

When ATC/pilots say "Exmoor" they are likely refering to the reporting point "EXMOR" which is near Watchet ( 51.178611°N 3.359722°W)

Try also 131.55 ("131.555") for Swissport ops Bristol
