West Wales Radar 127.090 (8.33 channel)

According to this NOTAM, West Wales (Aberporth) airfield EGFA has acquired an 8.33 kHz channel "West Wales Radar" on channel "127.090" (actually 127.09166 MHz).

The NOTAM is only for today, and doesn't say if the frequency will continue in future.

However the frequency is confirmed by the airport themselves, suggesting it is permanent:

It is not yet shown in the NATS document for the airfield:

This is the first low level 8.33 kHz channel in the UK that I know of. (Aside from an ATIS at Heathrow that is obviously aimed at commercial airliners anyway)
Doubtless there will be made more in time.

Note that 8.33 channel "127.105" (actually 127.1 MHz) (i.e. the next 8.33 channel up) is used by London ATC Daventry sector!
Which will make it difficult to monitor both in isolation for anyone in range of both!
I reserve the right to ignore people who have made no attempt to the read the manual, and expect others to do it for them.
