They won't go straight from EGLL or EGKK to upper airspace, it takes a while to climb that high!
Try some of these for Somerset:
128.8166 AMn '128.815' EGTT London ATC (SW, Sector 36)
132.95 AM EGTT London ATC SW (Lands End, Sector 9) to GAPLI 50N8W ^DavidstowMoor?
133.6 AM EGTT London ATC West (Brecon, Sector 5) ^CleeHill
134.25 AMn '134.255' EGTT London Upper

NATS Documents ENR 3.1 and ENR 3.2 list everything, but they don't make it easy to understand, and there are 116 pages of ENR 3.2:
http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/in ... id=11.html

You can narrow it down if you figure out the routes designators overhead.
These charts will help with that:
ENR 6.3.1.1 LOWER ATS ROUTES (South Sheet)
ENR 6.3.1.2 LOWER ATS ROUTES (North Sheet)
ENR 6.3.2.1 UPPER AIRSPACE CONTROL AREA AND UPPER ATS ROUTES (South Sheet)
ENR 6.3.2.2 UPPER AIRSPACE CONTROL AREA AND UPPER ATS ROUTES (North Sheet)
I reserve the right to ignore people who have made no attempt to the read the manual, and expect others to do it for them.
