Overhead South est frequencies

I cant seem to pick up departures from LGW and some LHR and continent flying over Somerset out over Atlantic. Can somebody help.

They won't go straight from EGLL or EGKK to upper airspace, it takes a while to climb that high!
Try some of these for Somerset:
128.8166 AMn '128.815' EGTT London ATC (SW, Sector 36)
132.95 AM EGTT London ATC SW (Lands End, Sector 9) to GAPLI 50N8W ^DavidstowMoor?
133.6 AM EGTT London ATC West (Brecon, Sector 5) ^CleeHill
134.25 AMn '134.255' EGTT London Upper

NATS Documents ENR 3.1 and ENR 3.2 list everything, but they don't make it easy to understand, and there are 116 pages of ENR 3.2:

You can narrow it down if you figure out the routes designators overhead.
