I live in york there is a lot less activity of AWACS and asacs in fact I'm gutted it's used to be like like Piccadilly Circus on the military airband now it's nearly dead does anyone else know why ?

Yipee just heard AWACS on today on 373.275
Does anyone know why all the exercise frequencies have been quiet for ages ?
I used to really enjoy them !
has anyone heard 359 .275 lately ? Has that used to be very busy on a night !

Was up at Eden camp yesterday and they was plenty off Mil action on the scanner!

How come the military air band goes very quiet when on a weakend or on a night ?

has anyone else noticed that military band goes very quiet on a night?
and there isn't has many exercises as there used to be im surprised there hasn't been talk of that on this forum!

The awacs have all moved from waddington for the runway expansion/ upgrade 2 on deployment or germany 3 at coningsby heard 1 went to wittering according to villigers at coningsby all training will be during day and night flights / training will be kept to a minimum so not to disturb residents

jediwarrior shouldn't you still be able to hear them on 373.2750?
and I used to hear a lot of what sounded like yanks on 315 MHz and
night manouvers on 359.2750 but don't know what raf station that's for?
