As said above they could be on loan for a event, i have had hits like that in the past as you can tell due to them not using the usual radio chit chat or call signs.

That frequency is very close to security than do Car transport Museum at Cultra . I know security there so will speak to them soon and get them to key up and I will use close call system on BCT15X and get their frequency again

I've had the radio on in the office on that frequency for days now - totally silent! Doesn't help I guess, but one to cross out!
