461.8875 CC9 Cap+ a bit garbled, maybe because it's a week signal, I could make out something about car parking.

I'm sure it's not a harmonic. but I'm getting Haven Craig Tara's slot 1 on 456.675 colour code 12, also on 455.6125 code 3, slot 1.
I have heard them speak of a channel 3, channel 2 is the same as 1, just on slot 2. Haven is 10 miles in a straight line from here. The frequency they actually use is not listed on the WTR for that location.

it will be site IP link if you can hear exactly the same on 2 different freqs. Mototrbo has the ability to link repeaters via IP/internet and link them together - in theory you could have one in Glasgow and another repeater in London, and anything tx'd to one repeater gets tx'd out the other.

Theres a slightly bigger version of this - linked capacity plus, which is 2 or more single site cap plus systems linked together via internet.

453.825 Slots 1 and 2, possibly Ardagh Glass. It's been data bursts for a while now.

Slot 1 had what sounded like maintenance, slot 2 I heard "Gatehouse" to what sounded like "furnace".

Hi mate. do you know if the crane on 166.2125 was simplex or duplex ?

interesting them on dmr i have my local crane co on 169.0875 analogue. they seem to use some kind of simplex repeater or relay on top of the crane as the crane operator is always clear but the others shouting commands are always scratchy or not audible at all. not sure how they are set up to be like that especially on a simple light licence ?

I'm not sure, it most likely will be. They aren't exactly chatting much. I have it in my 2042 as a frequency for Northern Ireland Railways, I just happened to hear it was my radio was scanning through. I'm not sure exactly where the crane is, I can hear stuff on DMR up to 14 miles away at this height. That's the distance in a straight line from where I am to Haven Craig Tara which booms in to me.
