it seems that a lot of the city council technically assigned licences have been augmented and a few systems have changed channels .
I'm working on the "whose where" now but these are the current set of council frequencies assigned [source: ofcom WTR)

445.5625 llanwern comp (formerly hartridge) havent heard this but suspect they are still using UK simple UHF
446.05625 (PMR 446 channel 5) Transporter Bridge (when operational)

453.225 the house in beechwood park CTCSS 77.0 obliterated by new digital constant carrier was also the Newport Centre but they now have HYTERA DMR radios
