Help with digtal

Hi ipswich shop watch is now digtal on 453.600 and I wanted help to see if I could use any of my scanner with dsd to listen to them I have a icom ic r2 pro 43 pro 50 and a baofeng uv-3r and baofeng uv-r5a

To put audio input into a PC, it needs to come from a better source than the standard ear phone socket, this means putting a wire from a certain point in the audio system to a new ear phone socket. This mod is called a discriminator tap.
Some top end radios do not need a tap mod, most do & all of the radios listed do.
Another option is a £10 dongle plugged into your pc.

The dongle sounds a better opinion as I'm not very good at modding lol were can u buy the dongle please thanks

That sort of thing yes..But it needs a specific type of chip in it. I do have one, but I got mine from Cosy cave complete with all the software & setting up instructions..Things need loading in a certain order for example, or it does not work...

Hi I install the program to get it to work as a scanner but can't get dsd or dsd+ to work all it say is no sync all the time thanks
