Uniden UBC3500 xlt Screen damage.

Good Everning all.

I would like some help on an Uniden UBC3500 xlt. The problem is screen damage, with a smudge on the screen and no text. Is there anyone could tell me were I could get it fixed, with a new screen??. Or maybe get a screen and have a go myself??. Other than this it is working order.

I believe the parts come from Nevada.
And there are lots of places to get it fixed if that is the way you want to go.
Nevada will, Waters & Stanton, or any of the other dealers.

Also if you look inside the 3500xlt you will see how fine the solder points are so your prob best letting nevada do a professional repair job and paying the extra so you dont make any mistakes when trying to do the repair yourself .

I learnt the hard way after stripping down a ubc230 and that was really awkward desoldering the lcd off the circuit board but the 3500 looked more daunting seeing as the connections were so close together
