BCT15X wiring for car speakers?

Evening all,
I have decided to mount my BCT15 X into my car as the original radio has expired! However as the Uniden would have to sit in the original DIN hole in the dash the speaker would be muffled. Is there a way or adapter leads that would allow me to wire the Uniden into the car speakers?
The speakers are only small and there is only two of them not a multi speaker set up.

There is an external mono 3.5 mm socket on the rear of the RX which according to the manual will be suitable for an 8ohm speaker . If your existing car radio speakers are 4 ohm impedance they can be connected in series to this socket but do not connect the speakers in parallel as this could cause issues with the audio output stages .

Alternatively there are quite a few 8ohm extension speakers available that could be mounted somewhere on the dash which could be connected to the Ext Sp socket
