"Hello Here"
PatG from Lancashire here. Total newb! Recently purchased a Uniden UBC92XLT. Just waiting to receive my localised frequencies list from UK Scanning Directory and get some of those programmed in. And then, I'll probably be plaguing you all with queries galore :laughs: Cheers for now

Howdy.

I'm Paul and I'm a complete scanning novice. I've just bought a Uniden UBC92XLT with optional 'long range' rubber ariel. I don't know what I'm doing yet, but up to now I am a little disappointed at the lack of transmissions I've been able to receive. BTW I'm located in South Yorks.

Hi,

Is there some CB experts on here in the Wirral area of the UK.

I have a CB radio (Thunderpole T-2000) and Antennae for my off-road Suzuki Jimny, and yesterday I was transmitting good (others could hear me) but I could not hear them - what could be wrong? OR better still is there anyone local to me (20miles radius) that I could go and get everything checked-out (I'm not electrical literate)

Thanks
Brett
