446MHz Technically assigned licences

I note Maplins have a technically assigned license for 446.2MHz. Is this a common allocation? I didn't realise you could licence frequencies next to PMR446?

There are several listings for 446.200 on here..

There use to be an old business 446 allocation, with my old copy of the UK Scanning Directory 8th Edition listing 446.000 to 446.475 to PMR simplex. And 446.2 was an allocated frequency.
Prior to the 446 business allocation, it was a shop & Post Office security allocation. on 445.000 to 447.9875.
It is because there are legally licensed business users around the licence free 446 allocations, that the use of higher powered handhelds are sometimes unwise. As Ofcom expects non licenced users to be using very low power & inefficient antennas & so no problem to licensed users.

Thanks guys - couldn't make any sense from the frequency, but now it makes sense. I've actually got a 446MHz vertical in my store somewhere, perhaps I'll slap it up and see if anyone is using them around here.
