Postby un1den » Tue Aug 29, 2017 9:00 pm

Hi,
Does any body know of any software that lists UK callsigns. I have a book that lists all civil aircraft markings.
I am lokking for some thing that can be loaded onto a tablet for easy access.
I can get a book with them in but I want to access the callsigns

It will take you a while to do but the CAA have their database available in two letter chunks. http://publicapps.caa.co.uk/modalapplication.aspx?appid=1

so you start with Aa, then ab etc etc and sort them in excel or similar. Accurate and that site has plenty of info on deleted and new registrations

Websites and apps such as https://www.flightradar24.com/ have the option to show whatever info you want, some features require a subscription, but they keep the info up to date to save you the (impractical) effort.
I reserve the right to ignore people who have made no attempt to the read the manual, and expect others to do it for them.
