Quick question for DV1 owners

Postby Wiggy » Sat Nov 11, 2017 7:25 am

Ive just picked up a second hand DV1 and just wanted to know a few things to see if all is normal.
When you programme in a frequency in vfo a, b and z, and you switch it off but keep it plugged in, does yours switch back on with those still there or do they revert to a frequency that you typed in days before?
Another thing is, the digi decode, i set it to on and if i switch the scanner off, even for a minute, the digi decode is set back to off. And in the VFO Setting. the DEL.BK39 is on delete and cant be set to on or off (well, not that ive seen) When i got it, i did a factory reset and then updated the latest firmware. So any help would be great...

Thanks.

Last programmed frequencies still there..

Put the previous firmware version (1702) into the scanner, the latest version is prooving to be buggy..

Someone at AOR told me - The ON/OFF has been changed to DELETE quite a while ago, as ON/OFF was difficult to understand.
The goal of this function is to simply erase all channels of bank #39.

They just need to update the manual now :)
