new way point names

does anyone know of web site for listing , the new way points , that have come into use these last two weeks ? .... lots of knew waypoints , who thinks them up ? ... for instance SUBOK , which is overhead my home , [ village Ravenglass ] - surly RAVEN wood hav bean good ? ....but on the search for location of the waypoints if anyone has any idea .... thanks .... kris.

These are international, so I guess 'RAVEN' already exists, but the ICAO have put all their data behind an absurdly expensive firewall.

Instead of SUBUK they could have used IRTON...it already has five letters and is closer to the georef so far more sensible than RAVEN

(no, I haven't a clue if IRTON is a reporting point anywhere in Europe)
