hello mate just got into DMR myself had my radio 1 week i bought a retevis rt3
great little radio from our friends in hk and it cost me £20 less than the tyt md380 which is exactly the same in every way apart from the name
works very well good scan speed battery will last well over 8 hours even while scanning all day
i paid £72 for my radio hope this helps
