Most of the communications are being managed by Arqiva PMSE (previously JFMG)

PDF doc here https://www.pmse.co.uk/media/1029/Tour- ... e-2015.pdf

Coordination and Licensing

There will be high demand for wireless talkback and wireless microphones for the Tour of Yorkshire but Arqiva PMSE will endeavour to satisfy all
requirements. The main areas of concentrated frequency use are the start and finish points of any stage, so it is vital from a coordination perspective that the locations of all talkback antennas are made known. This includes the precise location of transmit and receive antennas along entire length of the courses. If antennas locations are not made known, Arqiva PMSE will call to obtain this information, which may delay the process.

Cycling Events such as the Tour of Yorkshire have a heavy element on team participation. Communication between cyclists and team controllers is therefore vital, so frequencies used in this regard will need to be declared in order to maximise audio quality. This will be done by offering carefully chosen
frequencies that offer protection from potential interfering sources such as licence exempt and unprotected frequencies licensed for UK General use.

By "unprotected frequencies licensed for UK General use they mean "Simple UK Light" so the following are likely to be widely used and worth monitoring

164.0500
164.0625
169.0875
169.3125
173.0500
173.0625
173.0875
449.3125
449.4000
449.4750

Also (Events/sth)

456.0125
456.3375
456.4625
456.5625
456.6875
456.9625

Thanks a lot paul mate some good info there. Just want to say though and not meaning to offend but I thinks you read the PDF a bit wrong.

Its the way its worded but this is what they say

This will be done by offering carefully chosen frequencies that offer protection from potential interfering sources such as licence exempt and unprotected frequencies licensed for UK General use.

So what they are actually saying is they are chosing frequencies that will not suffer interference from 446 and Simple UK. Though I do expect a lot of usage from 446 and Simple UK at the event from local organiser/council/users types
