Hi,

There is multinoNG that works on the linux/ ubuntu platform - but I am unsure if this will work on MAC. If you can get a virtual machine emulating windows running on it then you may be able to run PDW.
There is no Android decoder for this as far as I know.

I have set up a raspberry PI to run multimoNG and then pipe the readouts to my mobile phone by turning the pi into a server. It allowed me to view decodes anywhere I went without dragging a scanner with me just by going on the internet.

here is the post that explains how to get it going. viewtopic.php?f=19&t=5090

hope all that helps.

Using Wine I got PDW working on a friends fresh from the factory iplod recently. I don't remember there being any problems.

edit, to add:
If using nix then my prefered fork is
https://github.com/EliasOenal/multimon-ng

Both this and the one essexRXer mentions say they will compile for OS X

in essexRXer's linked post the hotlink to multimon-ng is incorrectly formatted (extra 'https//' after the initial 'https://')

Hi Milly,

Thanks for the spot in that post, I cannot edit it now but will update that thread.

So did you get wine running on a tablet then install pdw?

oops, editing and managed to delete the line you had already quoted!

Yes, installed wine and then pdw. iplods are not my thing but seemed easy enough.

I've managed to get some results by running PDW under Wine/CrossOver.
Temperamental though, with a lot of alpha text being corrupted.
Having to use a physical audio cable doesn't help but I haven't been able to get two programs running under wine to talk to each other.
