429.8625 PMSE

Picking up what appears to be a PMSE talkback transmission on 429.8625. No CTCSS.
Receivable weakly in Birmingham.
Signal fluctuates slowly, so transmitter may be airborne.
Mention of multiple cameras, and car on start line, but for what is not clear.
Amazing how many events there are today when you search around a bit…

Also some kind of telemetry on 429.95 might may be related.

(This is in a military band, I've not previously heard any PMSE transmissions here.)
I reserve the right to ignore people who have made no attempt to the read the manual, and expect others to do it for them.

It suddenly occured to me that I could use Flightradar 24 to find an aircraft circling at the right height for a TV outside broadcast relay.
Bingo.
PH-RLY - a Cessna 420B circling over Cambridge.
It must be this:

It is being broadcast live here:

Could it be racing on a military base? We use to do a lot of motorcycle racing on RAF bases. West Raynham was a regular with Bloodhound missiles a short distance from the back straight.
It use to be a condition of using a RAF base that we used base services such as the Naafi, as an example. As that raised money for the base.
I remember talking to someone on one base who said that events like racing =, gave them a chance to do something different with their skills & test those skills in a real world situation.
