Looking at those frequencies it is interesting to see that MW frequencies are still listed as are the 48 meter frequencies 6215 kHz, 6268 kHz, 6312 kHz, 6314 kHz, 6425 kHz.
Also

3500 - 3800 kHz. Amateur band; in the event of natural disasters, may be used by non - Amateur stations to meet the needs of international communications in the disaster area.
As well as 40 meters, 20 meters & various other bands.. BUT not all.
Plus 26100∙5 kHz, Transmission by coast stations of MSI by means of NBDP, which is narrow band Telex.
Plus lots of other interesting frequencies.
