Mix more complex than that.
Aircraft comms are only 118-136.975
138-155 encompasses many bands, military, business, amateur, SAR, paging, PMSE.
156-174 includes maritime and business, and they are mixed to some degree, depending on location.

This forum really needs a decent FAQ that avoids the need for new people to ask the same questions again, and someone to have to lay everything out again.

put in 220-400 AM miliatry band.

More accurately 230 to 399.9 is the NATO military band, but excluding:

328.6 - 335.4 ILS Glideslope
380 - 385 Airwave Mobile
390 - 395 Airwave Base

There is nothing below 231.425 in the UK AFAIK.
