Postby M6SPW » Sat Sep 24, 2016 7:01 pm

For a few years now i have been receiving a Knackerman collecting dead farm animals all over Lancashire in the Ribble Valley near Longridge & also around Clitheroe & i have also heard them in West Cheshire in & around the Frodsham area, they are on 164.8625 NFM mainly Mon-Friday,does anybody know what company they are?? as they seem to have quite a few collection drivers.

It also seems a breakdown company is also using this frequency at night time.

Most likely a community repeater, same frequency but users have different tones.
