Whoever was on 453.1000 / 110.9, it's now under enhanced encryption
Pubs still on 453.925 / 118.8

I'm here until Monday but might not get much listening done.

There is something encrypted on 453.1625, not sure what it is. I was out all day and most of last night so didn't get much listening done. I'm having a listen around now, but being Sunday it will be a bit quieter generally.

453.1625mhz which I think is Blackpool council and also 453.4370mhz which are using privacy.

The latter just came through, garbled. I take it the shopwatch has gone DMR, I haven't heard it on either DMR in the clear or analogue.

Andrew

The Blackpool North freq reported is a temp hire freq is it not? Lots of engineering works going on at the moment. They have been on 462.475 (103.5) but may have changed.

It was a close call hit from station staff while waiting to get on a train heading for Hazel Grove. I could see the staff member talking on the radio while I was listening. There was no sign of anyone doing engineering work between North and Preston. I saw 'Travel Safe Officers', they had Baofeng radio's, not sure of the model, I just saw they were red and black and had no front keypad, I'm not sure of which mode they use. I've had a quick look online and haven't seen a radio like they were using, yet.
