further to add to these frequencies here is a list of marine and shipping channels used in the UK.

Any major incident will usually run on 156:0 nfm Simplex Air and Sea.
The Units may break to talk with controls but co-ordination usually takes place on 156 for ease of multi agency use to make sure everyone is on one hymn sheet.
