The security companies that empty and service the cash machines at places like Aldi are on 449.475

also got a close call hit parked behind a G4S security van on 456.000 the guard had a motorola GP340 or GP360 radio

Whoever is outside the van asking whoever is in it to unlock the doors to let them or the money in, just an absolutely sheer guess.... I got a hit of 447.875 off a G4S van once.

Never see them much without a radio but they may be coz am in the city of london. usually in the same place as the police or sometimes on the belt. they also mostly have a rubber duck type antenna on the van which is i guess on the same frequency as no control or anything else i know of they talk to unless its for data/tracking?

Never ever seen a cash van single crewed mate ever. there is one guy with the cash that goes into wherever and the other guy is in the van. they dont come out the doors they use some kind of security swinging door built into the van or similar. i see it all day long as driving and waiting around the city is a big part of my job.

Yup thats a right guess and g4s at my local job centre use 447.875

Must be your area like you say. Up North we must differ. I know the vans did have GPS antennas for tracking but i expect thats done via 4G now.

I used to work in a shopping centre doing security, in there was a cash machine. I used to escort the G4S officers to and from the back of the Clydesdale Bank machine because of where it was. One of them always remained in the rear of the van out of sight. The one doing the walking bit gave a quick "Here now" or similar over the radio, door would open and he would throw the container in or have one slid out.

I'm not sure who does the security in job centres here now, possibly still G4S. but ours used 461.300 / 110.9. I confirmed it myself while in there.

447.8750 and 461.3000 are a national g4$ UK License....

You will find them all over the country on those frequencies in Job Centers and other static g4$ guards at events and whatnot.

G4S Event Safety Stewards around here use 456.9875 DCS 071. The took over Rock Steady. The can be heard at various SPFL stadia, Murrayfield, Hampden, Ayr Racecourse and I found them stewarding at The Scottish Airshow in Ayr last year.

Yes you will find them on 456.9875 as they also have a SHORT TERM HIRE/SUPPLIERS LIGHT DUAL License which has 456.9875 as one of the frequencies....

They have a NATIONAL SIMPLEX EXCLUSIVE license for use with all static guards... the frequencies are....

447.875
456.000
461.300

these can be used up and down the country wherever.... and are used at a lot of job centers and events.... mostly job centers for 447.875 and 461.300

They also have SIMPLE LIGHT/UKG and as said above a SHORT TERM HIRE/SUPPLIERS LIGHT DUAL License....

Then at locations where they are full time security (fixed).... stadiums.... business they have contracted etc.... they have a mix of simplex and dual licenses (set by area/grid ref)
