The UK MIL AIP is online and publicly available.
Several posts on here late last year linked the AIRAC update which listed the major update to base frequencies (along with the freqs each would replace).

The bulletin board owners chose to disable internal searching but you can search the site using your favourite crawler. Alternatively just look at the titles of recent threads in this section and you'll easily find what you are looking for

Some T2s came in a week or so ago. A couple of Leeming pilots have done day trips over to Valley for sessions on the simulator. Numerous AGGRESSORs up today working with Coningsby eurofarces.

So definitely activity in the area besides dogging.

Ah.!! Just noticed Attenuator switched on. may account for it being overly quite? although I still
think some frequencies have changed recently.

I told you the UK MIL AIP is available online and thelad extracted the up to date data for you.
For JFACTSU and the like you could actually try seraching (scanners often come equipped with search functionality for just such occasions) or pay for a book/website access to see if someone else has already done the work for you.
