This is definitive source, produce by NATS for pilots, not us, so takes some time and effort to understand: ... id=11.html

ENR 2.1 list all sectors with frequencies

ENR 3.1 and 3.2 list all routes with frequencies (so you can compare where an aircraft is heading with what freq it is likely to be on.
(Don't forget that airspace is three dimensional, not two, so freq will often vary with altitude.)

Lots of maps in ENR 6 section.

Not helped by the fact that Scottish do not use numbered sectors, and names are often vague and do not relate precisely to the area they cover
I reserve the right to ignore people who have made no attempt to the read the manual, and expect others to do it for them.

Although not as accurate as Minus1's link, you could search here too.
And yes, this sites own search box is useless, but you can search here using a google search if you want to see the best results for what is here. I think it was Kimmy JS19 who set it up, but who ever it was it makes searching this site really easy & very productive.
I put the link on my signature as like Kimmy's database, it answers the most common questions we get here.
Buy a database from Kimmy JS19 via
Or do Google search of this forum via

There is also a 135.715. it a frequency I've recently heard whilst visiting Leeds Bradford Airport. It used on departure from LBA but I sure of the sector.
