RAF 100 Flypast frequencies

Can anyone help wit the frequencies for the RAF 100 over London Tuesday 10th.

I haven't had any joy with a similar posting in other forums and no previous experience in this country but I will be trying the following

134.9000 flypast primary frequency
120.6250 stansted/essex radar
132.7000 thames radar

125.2750 Anglia radar low
128.2500 South East Sector ICF
128.7000 Central(north+south) Sector ICF
128.9250 anglia radar
133.3250 East Sector ICF
135.2750 East Sector ICF
135.6250 East Sector Secondary
252.8750 Central(north+south) Sector ICF
259.6000 East Sector ICF
275.6250 South East Sector ICF

261.3500 swanwick east radar
270.0500 swanwick east or west? radar
278.0000 nato low level common freq
282.1250 swanwick north or northwest radar
282.1500 swanwick ?? radar
328.3500 awacs allocator?

120.6250 stansted
123.2250 Farnborough east
125.2500 Farnborough west
130.7750 Southend
132.7000 thames
132.8000 Farnborough north

Departure and arrival airfields for the various aircraft will be worth monitoring - some are quite distant from the east coast

Aircraft are being based at Whittering also.

For the Queen's Diamond Jubilee they used 335.525
