NATS Trimingham site

Postby Minus1 » Sat Dec 07, 2019 11:59 am

Whilst in Norfolk a few weeks ago I found the following frequencies being transmitted from the NATS site they insist on calling call "Trimingham" (even though it is much nearer to Overstrand than Trimingham).

128.130 London Sector 10 (8.33 kHz)
133.525 London (Upper, part time)

125.275 Anglia Radar (Helis to & from oil rigs)
135.375 London Volmet Main

125.475 London Info North
124.6 London Info East
(Usually these two are bandboxed, and despite being co-sited, the antennas do not appear to be directional)

243.0 UHF Guard
259.6 Swanwick Mil East ICF
269.475 Swanwick Mil
233.725 Swanwick Mil
270.05 Swanwick Mil (one test transmission only, not normally transmitted from this site, but has the capability)

135.075 Swanik Mil NE ICF VHF
135.275 Swanwick Mil NE Secondary
I reserve the right to ignore people who have made no attempt to the read the manual, and expect others to do it for them.
