I Think he means Radio ID or Talkgroup rather than DCS.

I understand the differences between DCS / CTCSS etc, I was wondering why you were asking for something that doesn't exist on DMR. I'll be in Ayrshire round about the 28th for 2 or 3 days.

Hello everyone, I have been listening in to Ayr shopwatch for a long time now, and recently there has been radio silence! Not sure if its due to the pandemic?! Or have they went digital? And moved from 456.350 ? If anyone is near Ayr and picks up any new frequencies please post on here and let us know cheers.

Saltcoats was one I didn't hear either when was back in Ayrshire in March. It was 453.5125 / DCS023, but then I was staying in a place that was surrounded by houses and only had a small whip antenna. I used to live in the high flats in Irvine near the top of one of them. There is plenty to listen to in the county, just not a lot of people in the county listening.

I've posted what I found while living there, I'm not sure what is still in use. I moved out just over 2 years ago and have only spent a few days back home since.

On the WTR, Ayr is still listed as 456.350, I looked at Saltcoats, it's now listed as 455.775 on DMR. I hope to get back to Ayrshire for a few days in November, not until the end of the month. Hopefully I'll get some listening done. Irvine is on DMR, I have the details, Kilmarnock is still listed as 453.9625, the Burns Mall on 453.1125.

I have a Freescan file for my 3500, I'm not sure how much is still in date. I'm using my Anytone 878 as my DMR scanner as well as my marine and amatuer which I'm licenced for.
