Do you have Java scripts disabled or something as me and DX jim PM regularly and have done since he joined and he's in the same user group as you? This is what your looking for....

Java has been disabled very recently by both Firefox & Google Chrome among others due to a massive security flaw. A new update has been issued (on Sunday 13th ) by Java, so anything BUT SE7 with update 11 will not run on several OS's.

It could be a Java issue as the settings seem to be all right and you should be able to PM.
