Oh I see, so where do people send you updated frequencies too?

Also how do you verify they are correct and not just giving you random updates for stuff?

Say for arguments sake I find a new frequency for something in my area, but its unclear who or what is being transmitted on that frequency, like for example say one of the RAF Leeming frequencies change for some unknown reason, and I stop picking up the old frequency, but haven't yet realised it, and then stumbled upon the new one, how would I know which one it was. This could apply to all frequencies I guess like a taxi company, they dont mention what taxi company it is on there transmissions, so how would you know.

I've love to get involved with this if all it means is putting some work and effort to help you guys help us, maybe could do a how to post when your not so busy, maybe entitled help us to help you perhaps ?
