Sad news today, Alan Simpson of Galton & Simpson fame has died..RIP.

Alan met Ray in 1948 as they underwent treatment for TB. Another patient was Tony Wallis an Electrician & SWL who was allowed to set up his R1155.
Alan & Ray would later write one of the most famous TV scripts ever. The Radio Ham.
