"Shopwatch" is Storenet AKA BACIL who work alongside Leedswatch who do the CCTV and Traffic Enforcement they use a different system so RAS and Encryption would not work as the radios are not the same. Yes Leedswatch use Encryption on the Tgs for the mobile units and Traffic as they are part of Leedswatch (LCC). The BACIL website may say they are using RAS and Encryption as it has for years but they were not 2 weeks ago.
