NoV for Terrahertz?

From the Southgate ARC news site.
The RSGB has announced that Ofcom will be enabling NoV access to frequencies above 275 GHz for UK Full amateur radio licence holders

The NoV includes a number of frequency band conditions based on ITU-RR5.565, including protection zones around key UK Radio Astronomy Sites.

Terahertz frequencies, also known as sub-millimetre waves, is spectrum in the 300 GHz-3 THz range.
