Dutch to stops ham callsign publication.

I saw this on Southgate ARC's news site & it probably has more to do with costs than data protection.
VERON reports that the Netherlands Radiocommunications Agency has stopped publication of the Dutch callsign list

It appears the Agency is citing the Data Protection Act as an excuse for the ending of the service which will occur sometime this week.

I wonder how long it will be before Ofcom decides to save some money too?

The famous book publisher RSGB will fight Ofcom tooth and nail for the callsign details..
