issue programming UV-5R with CHIRP (Retevis USB)

Hello all,

I'm new to the world of HAM and the forum, so play nice!

So for a starter for 10, I've got the Baofeng UV-5R+. I'm looking to listen to some repeaters but I'm having issues programming CHIRP, I know it's something do with Prolific drivers but I can't resolve it. I'm using the RETEVIS USB cable and running iOS High Sierra.

I get the following errors:

ERROR 2: could not open port dev/cu.usbmodem1422
ERROR 2: No such file or directory dev/cu.usbmodem1422

Any help is much appreciated.
