Hello again Parsley, I don't think we know each other, but if you have been active on the amateur bands for more than about 5 or 6 years then it is possible..I am not a member of any local group now, but we do go & see the guys at Bittern group when they are doing SES's from time to time...
I will be active for Thinking day on the air, but I don't do much for VHF FM...
Try...

156.500 Cromer Lifeboat.
156.850 Cromer Lifeboat.
156.4250 Cromer Lifeboat. Recovery.
157.650 Broadland River Police.
157.550 Cromer/Sheringham Lifeboat to Lifeboat.. Base
162.150 Cromer Lifeboat to Lifeboat..Mobile
162.250 Broads Authority: River patrols.
164.4375 Kerley recovery.
164.8125 Broads Tours Cruises.
167.9750 Parkers Skips
167.1750 Farmer...Salhouse area.
453.7500 Chaplefields. General traffic.

Some of these may be a little out of date....
