Does this AOR decode show you any techy details, like network ID and "cell" site numbers (like those carried on GSM etc)? Or is it simply an audio decode kind of thing?

An audio decode kind of thing.. only displays frequency and time slot..
It's strength is in searching out TETRA Traffic Channels, set the search limits, set the mode and away you go..

Thanks.
Have you got any clear decodes yet? Anything from 427 MHz or higher?

Have activity @440, 453 and 456MHz. Came across a couple of unencrypted stations but not quick enough to grab the details

For those without a DV-1 the TETRA plugin for SDR# is still a good option: https://www.rtl-sdr.com/tetra-decoder-p ... available/ and https://www.rtl-sdr.com/sdr-tetra-plugi ... res-msys2/

I've had it decode up to 12 channels (3 frequencies, 4 slots each) simultaneously, it decodes MCC, MNC, LA, Colour Code, Carrier, Slot, ISSI, and GSSI, plus logs/records the audio.

Does anyone know if the COSPAS-SARSAT beacon decoder that's available for the DV-10 is going to be coming to the DV-1?

seeing this thread i decided to give tetra listening a go, only have one non airwave signal though, got it working with telive and my sdrplay rsp1a in linux.
took a bit of messing about though as the supplied .grc files don't have ones for sdrplay and just changing the device to sdrplay wasn't enough.
so had to install gr-sdrplay and then change the source block 'RSP1A Source' then mess around with the gain. but it seems to be working.
SDRplay RSP1A on a Marine tuned dipole (Rocket Radio MARI-1)
24/7 Marine recording with RTLSDR_Airband
Airspy R2 on a Discone
SDRPlay RSP2 Pro on a homebrew UHF dipole
Yupiteru MVT-9000 MKII telescopic ant.
