135.45 is not assigned to anything in the UK AFAIK. Typo???

Channel 133:455 (133.45 MHz) is LTCA "Inbound via EGLC (London City), EGKB (Biggin), EGMC (Southend), EGTO (Rochester)"

Why do you think it sector 12?
I think Sector 12 is channel 133:940 (133.94166 MHz) FL 245-660 Clacton VOR, relevant reporting points SIVDA UMBAG SOMVA REDFA IDESI

NATS is the definitive source
http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com

ENR 2.1 is the best document, but the website seems to be playing silly buggers today, with lots of this sort of stuff:

Not Found
The requested URL /pamslight/pdf/4e415453/EG/C/EN/AIP/ENR/EG_ENR_2_1_en was not found on this server.

Hopefully it is a temporary bug.
