Welcome to the forum Ellsbellz123

Listed above we have

Brighton - 456.5750 462.0750
Brighton - London Road - 456.0500 461.5500

There has been some chat about this here viewtopic.php?f=4&t=51&start=160

453.0875 paired with 459.5875 is the reported new frequency

456.3500 paired with 461.8500 is the old shopwatch frequency still licensed to them but not used for a while

I will do some confirming now and put a proper Bedford frequency list together for the shops, bid and security.....

Oh you may get the shopwatch main channel but a lot of the bluecaps are mototrbo which is digital or analogue depending what mode they are using

OK it appears Brighton have had a big shake up?

It looks like Brighton And Hove Business Crime Reduction Partnership is now in charge of shopwatch and pubwatch and their current allocated frequencies are

Brighton And Hove Business Crime Reduction Partnership
TX: 456.475 MHz
RX: 461.975 MHz

Brighton And Hove Business Crime Reduction Partnership
TX: 456.500 MHz
RX: 462.000 MHz

Brighton And Hove Business Crime Reduction Partnership
TX: 456.575 MHz
RX: 462.075 MHz

Brighton And Hove Business Crime Reduction Partnership
TX: 456.4125 MHz
RX: 461.9125 MHz

Give those a try and let me know what you hear :P

Thank you very much,
Which one should I program into my kenwood tk3160 to transcieve and receive, as I don't have the programming equipment so I will be sending it off to be programmed, which frequency would be best?

Hmm ok, well do you work for Bid or have a shop as if not you don't really need the handset tx frequencies? The frequencies listed above have TX for the repeater output and RX for the input (from the Handies)

If your wanting the best frequency to listen to then its the TX as it has more range.

Those are their latest allocated frequencies but you'd need to listen to them to see which you prefer. Pubwatch, shopwatch, Bid and council have access. I know the frequencies I just dont know which are allocated to who?

Well unless its one of theirs they wont let you use it but youll still be able to listen in on your kenwood

Also I dont think any radio company will program it for you unless your a member or get hold of the cable and software yourself
