I'm getting someone with a Liverpool accent on 446.150, I can hear him in Runcorn. I can also hear him in Morecambe, which in a straight line is nearly 50 miles. Only one side of the chat can be heard, there is not CTCSS or DCS tone.

446.150 is used by P&O, but with a tone.
