456.425 CC9 S1. I was given the frequency as MerseyRail, it sounds more like a security patrol or similar. The callsign Charlie Alpha was heard, the nearest place to where I am with anything on that is Stockport, plus another in Manchester. Both list the radio suppliers rather than the users.

They appear to be traffic warden type people. Someone complained about taxis. It could be Manchester City Council, some of the transmissions are breaking up.

Still having a go at Radio Wave, mentioning cabs and the M55. I get the feeling it's something in Blackpool booming into Runcorn. Several channels and talk groups being hopped around on in one conversation. They have mentioned night clubs in Blackpool.

There is also a data stream that runs through this on CC1

Great thread. I think this one might actually be St Helens Pub and Shopwatch?

They use the call sign Whisky, which I took to be phonetic for Widnes.

Widnes when it went DMR also kept moving. On Fm in was 453.700, it went to DMR on the same frequency. I'll be back in the area on Saturday for a few days.
