From memory that was in use by a fleet of tippers and heavy plant rather than skips. A massive signal off Winter Hill and accents that were Wigan, Chorley, Blackburn, Bolton areas. Talk of buckets and queues for loading. Which company?...no idea, I could only name three of four in the whole country, and not interesting enough to devote the limited time to when passing.
Handy for traffic reports as they drive around. It's more an idle curiosity thing than anything.
