Heysham Power Station seems to have gone off NFM too, I know it was a bit weak to me though. It was one of the first frequencies I found with my first scanner of my own in 1993.

426.850, occasionally in English, occasionally in something foreign (Asian). The pairing is usually 441.350 according to a calculator I have. They know the frequency, I've heard at least one read it out. I can hear it in Morecambe, no CTCSS or DCS tone.
