I have now picked up another U/K company using 165.075 also with a CTCSS 103.5. I get a very strong signal but low sound modulation. I don't think it is a cab company, sounds more like some kind of transport co. Its a very busy freq night and day and not listed in the latest Kimmy directory so again I'm trying to ID it, would appreciate any help. Michael.

The chances of anyone but a Taxi/ private hire company being busy night & day is slim. Some of the delivery companies are busy into the early evening, but not beyond that.

The Jeesal group also has homes at Taverham, on Middletons Lane Norwich close to Hellesdon Hospital. In Buxton, Fakenham, Bacton, Cromer, West Runton & Holt.

It could well be both of them. That is where CTCSS/DCS comes in handy.
Jeesal Akman Care Coperation of cawston if you look on the Ofcom site has that frequency licenced more than once. So will be using it at more than one site.

Could well be mOlsx, the ctcss is 103.5 for manor lodge too on that frequency, it’s very active, haven’t heard anything else as yet with the same ctcss code but I’ll keep my ears on.
