The National Coastwatch don't seem to get a mention anywhere.

They are round the English & Welsh coast on Marine Channel 65

They have a zoomable map on their own website too: https://www.nci.org.uk/content/station-map-and-list (Bottom of page)

i've only ever heard Caister ask for a radio check on CH0, never Gorleston. maybe it isn't staffed.

There is a unit in Irvine, Ayrshire, they use 446 channel 8 on 233.6.
Pro 2042, Pro 26, 3500XLT, Yaesu FT60-R, Yeasu 1900, Retevis RT3, Tytera MD380, Retevis H777, FDC160A, 278B, Puxing 888, Uniden 3600XLT
