I heard staff in Warrington Bank Quay today on A07 and AO8, no tone showed up. I tried for a week to nab the pocket radio's DMR details out of curiosity, but seemed to be too far away in Runcorn. I'll be back down next month.

Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, is that in place of the more usual 453.025, 453.550 and 453.900 frequencies with platform staff on it?

Hi,
At Preston the handies they use on the platforms for announcements over the PA system work on the 863MHz band.

They use these for announcements http://teleque.co.uk/#/default

They still use DMR handhelds to talk to each other. I've heard the 'buzz' when going through the station, but I've never caught the colour code. I tried listening in with a dongle from Crewe to Carlisle last week, I only got Crewe, being in the pub, nobody spoke over the radio in Warrington or Preston, I got Carlisle in April or May this year.
