Hello All

Recently the Shopwatch and pubwaych in Lincoln City Centre have moved from Icom IC F44’s to Hytera PD565’s. Anyone give me some advice about how I can start listening to them again. Don’t have the best knowledge of DMR. I have a couple of HYT radio’s, is it just a case of programming the frequencies in?

Not unless you have a scanner no. With a tranciver you need to find things like the colour code & group yourself. But with a scanner, that does all of the work for you.
So the best way to find what you want is to use receivers, rather than transceivers.
Buy a database from Kimmy JS19 via

Buy a digital scanner and search 168.2mhz to 170mhz and 453mhz to 457mhz and you will find most freqs, SW, PW, Castle, museums, cathedral etc within an hour or so. Nothing encrypted in Lincoln.

These might not be 100% correct, but it's what I've found so far:

455.4875 AM EGLL Heathrow Ground ?
455.55 NFM EGLL Heathrow Ground North
455.65 NFM EGLL Heathrow Fire
455.7 NFM EGLL Heathrow Ground South (121.9)
455.8375 NFM EGLL Heathrow Tower
I reserve the right to ignore people who have made no attempt to the read the manual, and expect others to do it for them.
